kasalukuyan akong nagpaplano para sa magiging speech ko bukas sa spcm1...grabe...la akong maisip...parang ang hirap ng speech namin kasi speech to entertain yung speech ko bukas...

naisip ko tuloy baka gusto nilang itrain kami na maging stand-up comedian sa isang comedy bar...haha...yuck...

pero in fairness, ayos na rin yun at kahit pano, yung magiging kalokohan kong speech ( na hindi ko pa naiisip kung ano ba talaga) e somewhat swak dun sa type ng speech...haha...

naisip ko nga yung about sa song revivals...i mean kasi...nakakairita na minsan yung mga revivals...plano kong mang-okray sa mga kanta...haha...la lang...for fun...and for the grade...haha...

kasi ba naman...may one time nun...nasa jeep ako, i think sunday nun,may nagplay sa radio na isang napakafamiliar na song...aba! si lola madonna ang kumakanta...

don't get me wrong ha...nakakatuwa kasi binibring back to life ng mga tao yung mga kanta na halos hindi na natin napakikinggan...kung maganda naman talaga yung song e, why not revive...

in fairness meron naman talagang nakakatuwa na mga nirevive...like yung sa mayday parade na when i grow up....mas nakakatuwang pakinggan nung lalaki na yung kumakanta ng when i grow up...haha..

ay...dami ko na pala nasabi...haha...nu ba yan...

sa 23 pa ko makakauwi sa amin...pano ba naman kasi...yung kaisa-isa kong exam sa 20 pa ang sked...e halos la na kong class...nagrequest nga ako ng early exam...aba! di pumayag...whatever...haha...sige lang...ayos lang yan...kesa naman di ako makauwi...hehe....

Amu ni nga times sa akon life nga kung sa diin wala na gid ko maisturya nga tarong nga ilonggo.. So, as much as possible, ilonggohon ko ang ini nga post..
Narealize ko lang subong nga adlaw, like bal-an ko nga may Filipino ako nga co-years, and even bag-o nga first year, pero narealize ko nga iban gid ya ang feeling sang nagailonggo sa nagatagalog.. And miss ko na gid na.. hehe..
Pero all the more, mas miss ko pa gid ang karay-a, my mother tongue.. Nag-isturya ko subong sa akon parents, and daw kanami gid sang feeling magkaray-a naman liwat..
Anyways, wala ko kabalo if ginmix ko na ang karay-a kag ilonggo di, pero bal-an nyo man siguro kung ano ginapangwakal ko ah.. hehe..

Waaaaah.. I miss home.. a little bit.. :P

I was just browsing through the blog and realized how nice it was when everyone was really active and really bothers to put up anything that comes in their minds.. i want to have that same momentum again, although it's a bit difficult right now because we've been so apart..
What I want to see as well is that we should have not only funny and random posts (which is so TAU), but we might as well discuss more serious stuff, because after all, we are Pisay Scholars, and we're not only random people - we are the type of people that can actually make changes, especially in our country. BUt yeah, i still want to have that touch of humour every now and again.
But all I want to see is actually that we are putting some effort into this.. I remember those days when i'm so excited to read the blog, coz everyone will be posting.. I want to have that spirit alive again.. I hope i don't lose the momentum as well, since i am very busy as well atm..

Just some updates with what's happening with me right now.
I am very busy with university applications at the moment.. I'm planning on studying in the US - damo damo didto scholarships, and I never knew about it.. I'm thinking of doing double major - chemical engineering and business.. I really want to do something nga makabenefit sa aton country, and as well as myself.. But yeah, dumduman nyo ang ginhambal sa aton ni Sir Almero? We should aspire to be employers, not just regular employees.. Hehe.. Now, everything is making sense.. We are all pisay scholars, and may we come from very diverse backgrounds, but we have some things in common - we are more gifted in the sciences and maths than most people.. And just to think about it, our potentials are enormous, and it's even greater if we work together.. And we have the greater potential to have the impact in our country, if we really strive to..

Like bal-an nyo tanan on how down our country is right now atm, and it looks like daw ka blur sang future, shouldn't we all strive to go outside the country and work. I still remember talking to some of you about our plans for university.. Almost everyone wants to take courses that would be in demand abroad.. Most of us have plans to work abroad for a better future.. But come to think about it, they will be benefiting more of us than our own country, even though you send all what you get straight back to home.. But yeah, what if we all strive our very best to work sa Philippines, or even start companies which would employ people?? Try to invest and work on what we have, and do our best to innovate and improve it.. I am sure that our country will be much better, and it will certainly be the country we want if we work hard for it.. BUt if everyone just leaves, then our country will be the shit we perceive it to be..

I want to work on this on a much bigger scale, like for example, PSHS-WVC, but then, in order to do this, I want to start this in our class, sambetau08.. I believe that the school should make the students realize more what the goals and mission are.. I don't think just randomly reciting it every monday is enough, nor does it matter.. It should be in the heart of every scholar, that since we have the potential, therefore we can have this great opportunity of having the responsibility to develop our own country. ANd if it's for the country's benefit, then it will be for us as well..

Let's put our own selves to the side for a little moment, don't aspire for the greatest gains too soon.. It may take a bit of a sacrifice, (remember ma'am resa and her classmate in la salle??) but I do think it's worth it.. We shouldn't complain how our country is, but we should do something about it.. It's a goal too far yet to be achieved, or it can be achieved, i don't know, but i'm willing to work on it..

I remember the day when I was so happy to finally leave this what i used to call "forsaken" country, and that given the opportunity, I was thinking to maximise the opportunities I will have outside of the country.. BUt I realized, that it can not only mean that I should work outside the country, but it can also mean that I can maximise the opportunities I have to our own country's advantage.. Now, my policy is Study Abroad, make use of the knowledge from outside as much as possible, learn from them, and use it to develop the Philippines.. Nice, right??

I was talking to this "soon to be" DH I met in Clark airport bound for KL.. She said "Grabe, kami nga nagpapakahirap para lang makalabas ng bansa, tapos ikaw nagtotour ka lang".. I thought about it for a second, then I said "Ngayon lang po yan, pero if magwowork na po, gusto ko po dito sa Philippines magtrabaho, at least mapapakinabangan ako ng bansa. I mean, sino pa po ba yung tutulong sa bansa natin kung hindi tayo?".. I felt kind of victorious at the moment, actually having the courage to say that..

I have the courage to say this to all of you guys, because I know na we're not just anyone - we are the ones who have the potential, we are the ones that can make the change. Let's help each other out. I hope you are all with me on this..

Let's make our country something that we can be proud of, ayt!!

Sang June 12, nagkadto ko sa malaysia para mag-attend sing isa ka exchange programme.. For 2 weeks na xa..Wala lang, fun!! damo kami may ginkadtuan, like crocodile farms, orang utans, cultural village, and many more.. Kalaba laba na gid na karon kung esturyahon ko na tanan.. hehe..
THen after sina, nagkadto ko sa house sang friend ko na malaysian, nagstay ko to for like 5 days!! kapoy kapoy gid ko.. Like everyday may ginakadtuan kami, as in wala gid rest.. LIke to the sea, to the jungle, kadto sa caves kag damo damo pa.. so amu na..

Sing 2, nagbalik ko di together with my friend.. Then amu na, since muslim ang akon nga friend,ti di xa kakaon meat di.. so we had to kill chickens for his food!! haha..
So muna, kay way kami lagawan, nagkadto kami sa guimaras.. Damo gali lagawan sa guimaras no?? Hehe.. Anyways, ang favorite ko to is ang shooooting!! WOOOOOO!! REAL GUNS!! Wala lang, namanol ko kay first time ko daan, dayon, di man gid ko amu na kalain sa shooting ah.. Nagcomment pa gani ang instructor sa akon, sigurado ka indi ka NPA?? hahahahhahahaha.. So yeah, dayon, the next day, nag island hopping kami sa guimaras.. Fun!! Nanguha ko dayon hermit crabs sa isa ka beach kag ang ginsudlan ko is mineral bottle.. GINDALA KO DAYON SA LEON! haha.. Wala, mapatay lang to sila tanan.. hehe..

Tapos yesterday, nagkadto kami di sa bora.. wala lang, daw ka spur of the moment lang.. ti amu na.. today damo lang watersports ginubra namon.. Island hopping, snorkeling, helmet diving, jet ski and many more tanan gaulan!! hahahahaha.. Sadya lang, may tan line na ko subong!! kailinit.. hehe.. Ti amu na, negra na naman ko.. hehe..

OY!! Sa 18 gali Harry potter day sing tau ha!! Dapat ara kamu tanan nga sa iloilo.. umandam lang ang wala.. hehe..

whenever i go out she asks for mangoes which is 80-90 per kilo... >.<
so, what's left of me is really small. just enough to buy a new shirt or pants?...

she does that cuz im still asking her for lunch money.

Everytime you meet somebody in this place, they would ask you (or you would ask them), what's up??, how's life??, or how's everything goin'?? I'd always say, "It's good, . . ." without really thinking about it..

SO, really, how is life being here?? I'd say it's amazing. Never did I think I was any luckier all my life.

New set of persons naman ang masulod sa kabuhi ta, new bindle of friends, new dozen of annoying people and new setting siyempre, pero tani biskan damu na nag.bago tani ang ugali ta na manami kag gnpalangga sang tao, indi magbago, kag ang mga bad traits ta naman macorrect ta na for the good.

Last 2 years lang ko naging techie geek and i really enjoy it; that's why I choose BS Fisheries as my PROFESSION/CAREER and computer technologies as my hobby.

So, Fisheries + Computer = ???.

Pero ga.overlap man ang fish kag computer, like ang friend ko sa seafdec, fisheries graduate pero sa IT department na.assign, actually fisheries grad sila tana sa IT dept, sila g.obra website, layout and publishing sang books, magazines, etc.

Last night gali may international show kami.. SO ang ginprepare namon is tinikling, pero this time, may upod kami nga malaysian and cambodian.. ginalign namon ang tinikling like 2 sticks over another 2 sticks, like #.. Funny gani, kay technically di na siya tinikling, dayon kay dapat i connect namon sa malaysian chant ang tinikling, te gin-ubra sang friend ko, gin singitan niya sang "low" kay sauton daw namon.. Ti amu na, kay wala sila may maisip nga choreography, kag ako pa papahimuon nila, so gintudlo ko na lang ang saot ta sing 4th year!!!! hahhahahahahahah!! Kadamak gani, pero sige lang!!! haha.. Mayo gani dumduman ko pa.. Te amo na, dayon nagkanta kami sang malaysian chant nga english version!! I hope makuha ko ang video para mapakita ko man sinyu... hehe..

Don't you just hate it when some people complain too much? Especially when there's basically no reason to? Some people just do. And they complain about people doing about their own business, needing to unwind as much (or even more) than they (the former) need to. Like seriously, stop being such a fatass (Eric Cartman), thinking that the world revolves around you and only you, and that things must go right for you at other people's expense. You're just another part of the society and being part of the social contract, you must abide to the rules and do your part while enjoying the freedoms of being within it.

Another realization: Some people brag about the most insignificant of things, when they have no reason to at all. They seem to be capable of achieving the smallest things, and are content that way. And therefore, they don't bother to strive any further than that. Or, it's that they brag about things that aren't supposed to be prided upon (things that one shouldn't be proud of).
Point: They're losers. Something so tiny an achieved goal is something great for them. Which would be insignificant for us, and great for them is just...unimaginable. Ironically enough, some things we take great pride in are basically...things that have the same value of shit.

dahil didto, nadula oble ko... d daan pwd inc, drp, or 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0... so kundi nag hibi2x ko... hehe... anyway, naghatag ko appeal letter para iconsider nila nga igrant man gyapon sakon akon scholarship... becasue i swear! ndi to akon sala... you all agree with me, right???
