-wala tayong christmas party;
- wala ng spag ni nang buday, pizza squares, 30" pizzas, coke, sprite, cupcakes, at iba pang mga nilalapang natin kada party;
-wala ng mga advisers na magsasabi sa atin na "children, ang mga sagbot. pamuluta!";
-wala ng manito-manita;
-wala ng something something;
-wala ng mga weird at napaka-unexpected na mga gifts na talaga naman nakakapagpasaya sa atin;
-wala ng mga kilig moments kung malaman ng lahat na si uhm ang nabunot ni uhm;
-wala ng picture taking before, during, and after the party;
-wala ng mga pictures na iuupload sa friendster, multiply at facebook na magpapakita sa WWW (whole wide world! o di ba?) na sa time na yun, ang buong TAU ay naging masaya at sama-sama sa pasko;
-kahit na memories ng christmas sa TAU na lang talaga ang dala-dala natin hanggang sa gumurang tayong lahat

APO raw ang mga matatapang at malalakas ang loob na magpakita ng kanilang mga kalooban. hahahaha...12 nn daw. e ang class namin ng math mula 11:30-12:45. so, nagmamakaawa mga kaklase ko...manonod daw sila... ewan ko ba...bakit ba excited sila dun? aside sa pagiging bold in public to show everybody na ang spirit and the value of the oblation ay nabubuhay pa sa mga iskolar ng bayan, meron bang intention ang mga mag-ooblation run na maging exebitionist? ewan ko lang...malay niyo...ang besides, hindi registered frat dito ang APO. kaya baka maulit daw yung nangyari last year sa oblation run. hinabol daw ng mga pulis yung mga tumatakbo...hahahhahahha...patawa!

this is the most haggard sem of my life. i have 3 major subjects. and there is no way out. you can't drop any of the 3 because all are prerequisites. i need math for my chem and physics. i need physics for my higher physics. drop one, and drop all. and what else, if i drop the 3 of them, i'm left with comm3 and pe. the hell. and i hate comm3.

and pe. i have this crush in pe. and she's not my freakin' partner. and so i want to drop pe. because my partner smelled like mungbean.

Anyway.. I have this thai 2nd year, and her name is Monrada..
But we call her mon..

One day, my malaysian friend, Azhar, tried to make fun of her..
Azhar: "Mon, do you know what sister is in Malay??"
Mon: "no.. can you teach me??"
Azhar: "It's poke, so when I call you now, I say, poke mon, which means sister mon"

Azhar kept on repeating pokemon pokemon pokemon..

Mon realized that there was something fishy, and asked Amin, the other malaysian 2nd year, on what does poke mon really mean in malay..

I was with amin, and I said, "mon, you shouldn't say that, do you know that poke is a bad word in Filipino??"

And I found out later on that same goes with malay, it's just that they speak it differently, puki.. haha... Mon got really pissed off with me cause I told her jokingly, what about your sister?? is it "mon's poke???".. haha..


Also, thanks to me, my bangladeshi dormmate is now saying "Putang ina mo".. He is having a compilation of swear words in every language.. He actually is very good at it..
Usual thing he says: "What the fucking hell is this??", "What the fuck are you doing?".. "What the fuck is wrong with you?"..
I was surprised one time, when he was singing (in a very weird way) ("Pinoy ka sigaw na sigaw na, sige.. kung maganda ka sigaw na, sige.. kung buhay mo'y mahalaga, sige.. salamat sa 'yong suporta..")!!! haha.. It was really weird, I was like "Hey!! It is Filipino!!".. Apparently he likes black eyed peas.. so that's why..


And I also have this self taught class, where all people of different languages chose study their own language. When we are having a discussion, i find it so funny because all people have different accents.. Russian is very weird like I couldn't understand it at all!!, malay is like a karay-a person speaking english, middle easterns have thier own accents as well, so does the africans..


There was also this night when Amin, a malaysian, and Miguel, a spanish, was talking to me, and the topic later came to the language. When we started comparing words, I found out that kinaray-a is very like malay, tagalog is a very mix of spanish and malay.. I find it interesting, because the general trend was that, if it wasn't spanish, then it is malay.. haha..
Most of what we call our body parts are malay words (mata, irong, talinga, etc..).. And also, isa dalawa tatlo apat is very similar to malay..
Most of the things in our house are spanish (kutsara, tinidor, kutsilyo, plato, kotse)..
They went almost hysterical when I told them that "hey, I think the spanish words that we have are the things we took from them.." haha..


Also, did you know that apart from the Filipino one, there is also a Thai, Cambodian, and a Malay Version of Qing Fei De Yi??? The OST of Meteor Garden Season 1.. It was really cool!! Like we started singing it in our different languages!! haha..


We have a table football in our house, each house has one.. And you know the rule that somebody has to run around naked if he is beaten 10-0?? My Jordanian dormmate Jawad did it after losing to Ehsan, my Bangladeshi dormmate.. Haha.. But he had his boxers on though..





I still have lots of stuff to tell you but I still have lots of stuff to do..

quinn's atlantian school is quite interesting, with all the poopy games and the beef stroganoff (the what?). i was wondering, would quinn be really better of in atlantis than in the philippines? you know, our clock here in the philippines seemed to be interesting in any way.

life is a mess man. nothing is happening right here. i really thought that updil would bring such a new experience for me. what i do everyday is wake up then go to school and then after 10 hours go back to the dorm and sleep. so freakin bored right here. i want to have a kind of excitement everytime i think of school. i want to feel that kind of spice i felt when we were in high school.

what do you do to stay alive? i hate college. no friends. a lot of unresolved issues with the past. going beyond your values just for something. this is so not me! i am freakin alone here. well, most of the time. i'm in the dorm, well, and i don't seem to fit in their cliques. i'm not good in basketball. i don't know DOTA. i'm fat, ugly, and an idiot! 1. walang time. busy sa school.
you know. though we really wanted to have time to at least grasp some information about each other and to make "kamusta", there are unavoidable restrictions and hindrances na nagiging dahilan ng hindi natin paggawa nito. i don't know if all of you will agree with me but i think college is more complicated than high school. i mean, people set priorities, have things to accomplish etc. these priorities in school often times make us neglect our blog, even each other.

we understand this. siyempre all of us are students and have responsibilities not only in school but also in our families. kaya lang...have a little time to at least visit the blog and say "hi".

2. walang money/resources
hindi lahat sa atin ay madadatung! hehehe...and we all know that.
of course this surely is a part of unavoidable and inevitable circumstances wherein we are not able to publish in our blog.

but this is not an excuse. kahit man lang once a month, or once in two months, magpost tayo...magbalita man lang tayo sa mga nangyayari sa atin ... di ba?

about an hour ago natapos ang amon finals sa math 17. daw maguba man utok ko ba. budlay budlay. daw gusto ko ilampos ang ulo ko sa armchair para lang magwa ang answer. kagina sa mga daw tunga na ko, naghambal ang amon nga proctor "Guys pls finalize your answers..only ten minutes left." WTH! tunga pa lang ko kag ten minutes na lang bilin?
